What we provide
The EyrieDefender platform — Watchguard reporter surface, Assessor cockpit, ZAP org-wide remediation — deployed as a cloud tenant or an on-prem VM per your contract. Service level, uptime guarantees, and support hours per your MSA.
What you agree to
Use the platform for legitimate email-security operations for your own organisation (or your clients, if MSSP). Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the private compute, exfiltrate customer data, or use the platform to attack anyone else.
Keep credentials to yourself. If you suspect a compromise, tell us within 24 hours.
What we don't do
We don't train a shared model on your data. We don't sell your data. We don't share verdicts with other tenants. We don't accept surveillance-adjacent use cases.
Termination
You can terminate for any reason with 30 days' notice; we'll export your case history and IOC library in a standard format before we tear the deployment down.
We can terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice or immediately for a security incident you caused. Refunds pro-rated where applicable.
